What'sup man, I saw your posting on that site about dm. I totally understand and feel you. We are from very similar backgrounds. Take a look at my blogsite and start from the beginning, I think you will find it quite interesting.
I read about the hottentot venus on the what about our daughters blog. It's sad that some of us, as black women, only see beauty in ourselves by what a man thinks is beautiful.
The pictures where so deep and disturbing, there is no way to describe the feeling you get when you look at it. To feel degraded and ugly by the way God made you has to be a horrible feeling, and yet some of us do the same thing to ourselves as the sister said.
That is why it is so important for men to be in the homes. Because contrary to popular belief we cannot raise our kids alone. And, to anyone who thinks I'm lying, look around, this whole generation of Black kids is raised on 73% Black women run households and our kids are falling fast ending up pregnant and in prison at an alarming rate. Dropping out of school in crazy proportions.
Daddies need to step up so these 50 cent wannabe's can't get in your daughters heads and have them thinking "shakin' that shit" is cute because it's not.
